Finished housing units turned over to the homeowners

LAPU-LAPU CITY (May 23, 2015)Filinvest Land, Inc. has completed the sixth and final phase of its first subdivision in Mactan and has turned over finished housing units to the homeowners.

FLI area general manager Allan Go Alfon personally turned over today the symbolic key with project development manager Archie M. Igot in simple ceremonies following the blessing of phase six recently by Fr. Raffy de Gracia.

Homeowner Nimfa Tampus led her neighbors in receiving the symbolic key from Alfon, Igot and subdivision administrator Marc Menina.

The company started to develop the 10.6-hectare subdivision in 2004, and spent P120 million more to develop phase six from December 2013with 243 house-and-lot units and 207 lot only properties, according to Igot.

Alfon, who is also vice president for strategic business development for the Visayas and Mindanao, said phase six is a more affordable option for those who wish to acquire residential properties at Aldea deo Sol.

While meant for the middle class, the first five phases at Aldea del Sol targeted the middle to high-end market, noted Alfon as he disclosed that the subdivision hosts successful professionals, progressive entrepreneurs, industrious overseas workers and some expatriates.

Igot said phase six targeted more the middle class as the company noted a strong demand for living spaces that are affordable with buyers wanting to get more from their investments with the facilities and amenities they can enjoy.

In fact, he hinted, Filinvest will soon launch an affordable housing project in Mactan, still for the middle class.
