CLI expands horizons to Cagayan de Oro City

Developer to build mid-rise condominiums at the city center
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY (June 20, 2015) — Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) will venture out of its home base to build mid-rise condominiums with at least three buildings later this year in the heart of this city in northern Mindanao.
Jose Franco Soberano, CLI chief operating officer, disclosed that the company will roll out soon within the third quarter of this year in a prime neighborhood between Corrales St. and Osmeña Ext.
He said the project will be similar to Mivesa Garden Residences, a master-planned community with a generous amenity area developed by CLI in Lahug, Cebu City.

“Like Mivesa, this upcoming project will provide an ideal venue for neighborhood building, family-bonding and healthy-living,” quipped Soberano.
“Buildings are designed in contemporary architecture. The amenities of modern urban living will be set amidst a relaxing environment to make one’s own home an easy respite at the end of a long day,” he added.
This venture at the capital of Misamis Oriental and the whole Northern Mindanao region will be the first for CLI outside Cebu where it had developed balanced communities for 12 years now.
Since 2003, Cebu Landmasters has built at least 20 horizontal and vertical projects.
