NAVONA, in an architect’s perspective.
CEBU CITY (July 11, 2015) — Johndorf Ventures Corp. (JVC) has opened to the market Navona Subdivision located within Johndorf Communities, a growing township in Calawisan, Lapu-Lapu City.
Company officials formally introduced Navona to brokers and sellers during a sales rally on last night at the City Sports Club, this city.
Pre-selling for the 431 modern Asian townhouses at stake in this new subdivision will begin on Monday, July 13, according to Michele Chiu-Bacungan, JVC sales and marketing manager.
These townhouses are projected to be fully completed by the second quarter of 2016 and homeowners at its first phase can already move in by the first quarter of 2017, she added.
The new JVC development comes in the heels of the completion Astana subdivision within the same township and amidst reports of plans to start the construction of the third Cebu-Mactan bridge that will connect near the place.
Taking on the success on Astana, Navona is positioned to maximize the increased uptake of buyers among overseas Filipino workers (OFW) who comprise 40 percent of Astana buyers, Bacungan disclosed.
P500 million
Navona is now being developed in a 3-hectare land in the south side of Astana but within Johndorf Communities, the 12-hectare township planned for six subdivisions and a commercial hub in Calawisan, Lapu-Lapu City.
It is the fourth subdivision at the township after Hanniyah Homes I and II, built earlier by Prohomes Development, Inc., a company fully owned by JVC, and Astana.
The company allocated P500 million for its development.
Anchored on the grand design for Johndorf Communities, Navona will promote Asian living, a refreshing suburban lifestyle meant for urban achievers that would respond to their families’ aspirations and evolving needs in a metropolis, noted Bacungan.
It is intended for value-driven, vibrant and dynamic residents, entrepreneurs and business operators who prefer living close to both the metropolis and the seafront yet wanting to live in a tranquil environment, she added.
Navona will feature reasonably-priced townhouses. “You can be confident your hard-earned money will bring you the best home and carry out a wise investment that will give you sound returns in time,” quipped the JVC official.
Johndorf has been developing subdivisions for over 25 years, building better communities in the Visayas and Mindanao.
