CEBU CITY (July 20, 2015) — Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) marks separate milestones on Saturday (July 25) in two resort-themed residential enclaves of mid-rise buildings in this city.
The company will break grounds for the fifth building at One Oasis Cebu in Kasambagan that will have a scenic view of the Cebu Golf & Country Club. Simultaneously, it will also top off the sixth building of Sanremo Oasis at South Road Properies (SRP).
Both refreshing havens that carry the FLI Oasis brand are integrated residential condominiums with clusters of five to 10 storey buildings with 60 percent of the land area retained as landscaped open spaces and resort-inspired amenities.
Fairways 2
To be called Fairways 2, the fifth building at One Oasis Cebu will be built with 209 units that will be ready for occupancy by the end of 2017, according to Archie M. Igot, its project development officer.
It will be built with One Oasis Cebu already a flourishing community in a secure environment, complete with resort-inspired amenities and functional facilities wherein investment is already tangible.
It captures the view of the golf course on the west and the central amenity area with a 2-storey clubhouse, swimming pools, covered basketball court and children’s play area by the east, “truly an oasis of lush proportions,” quipped Igot.
With the first four buildings sold out, completed, turned-over to their buyers, a typical 42-sqm 2-bedroom with balcony for the fifth building will start at a package price of P4.1 million.
The price tag is very affordable compared to those sold by competitors that offer theirs at P500,000 more even if their amenities could not be at par with One Oasis Cebu that is further surrounded by lush landscaping, noted Igot.
Designed for 10-storeys, building five at One Oasis Cebu will have two elevators, automatic fire alarm, detection and suppression system, and security features with CCTV, a back-up generator to service common areas and the elevators during a power outage.

30% ahead
Meanwhile, with the topping off today of the sixth building at Sanremo Oasis, construction is now at 58 percent and is even 30 percent ahead of schedule, disclosed Julie R. Castaños, its project development officer.
Located at the northwestern part of City di Mare at SRP, the building has been built with 172 residential units targeted to be turned over by the third quarter of 2016.
Homeowners in this building have the advantage to wake up with the views of the enclave’s resort-inspired amenities in well-appointed living spaces.
Sanremo Oasis is planned for a total of eight buildings and a total of 1,268 residential units. Some 80 percent has been sold of the total six buildings built, while 503 units have already been turned over to their buyers.
The company is scheduled to complete by September the development of the amenities area that includes swimming pools for adults, pre-teens and kids. The area offers an avenue for residents to come together at the garden courtyard.
It also has recreational facilities as children’s play area, basketball court and jogging paths, as well as playroom for kids and fitness gym located at the estate admin building.
To own a home at Sanremo Oasis now comes with an easy flexible financing terms and affordable monthly down-payment fir as low at 14,000 per month, disclosed Castaños.
Investors may also take advantage of its affordable pricing while the sixth building is yet for turnover. A studio unit of 25-square meters can be availed at P2.5 million, while a 2-bedroom unit of 30-sqm is priced at P2.9 million.
“In Sanremo Oasis, your hard work is valued in an accessible getaway,” quipped Castaños.

Since 1998
While City di Mare offers another cluster of residential MRBs named Amalfi to the high-end market on the east side near the sea, Sanremo Oasis caters more to the affordable segment.
Both clusters flank the civic area of City di Mare where the planned schools, church, medical facility, playground, bike lanes and jogging paths will be put in place.
With Il Corso opening by the first quarter next year, residents will have more leisure and retail options just within reach, noted Castaños.
Filinvest has been a major player in real estate development in Cebu since 1998 with the development of Corona del Mar and Escala in Talisay City and various projects in Lapu-Lapu City as Aldea del Sol, Mactan Tropics and Serulyan.
It built Grand Cenia Residences in uptown Cebu City where a subsidiary operates Quest Hotel and Convention Center Cebu as well as Crimson Resort and Spa in Mactan, and Filinvest Cyberzone Cebu in Apas next to Cebu IT Park.
Owned and operated by the Gotianun-family of Cebu, FLI will soon build an affordable housing project in Mactan that will carry the Futura Homes brand as it recently completed and turnover to homeowners a socialized housing project, the Sunrise Place Mactan.
