Grand Cenia Condo Corp. elects trustees
CEBU CITY (Aug. 1, 2015) — Grand Cenia Condominium Corp. elected today the first regular members of its Board of Trustees during the Annual General Membership Meeting of the 572 condominium unit owners of Grand Cenia Residences.

he building is more known to the public as Quest Hotel and Conference Center Cebu located on Archbishop Reyes Ave. across Ayala Center Cebu at Cebu Business Park.
As a condotel, most units of Grand Cenia are leased by Quest Hotel for its hospitality operations.
The new trustees (in photo above, from left) are Karen Mendoza, Julie R. Castaños, Tristan Las Marias, Rick Green and Eng’r. Allan G. Alfon.
Mendoza is the resident manager of Quest Hotel, while Castaños is a project development officer of Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) who handles Grand Cenia, and Green a unit owner.
Las Marias is first vice president of FLI who oversees the Visayas and Mindanao clusters of the Gotiuanun-run property developer, and Alfon, his vice president for strategic business planning in concurrent capacity as area general manager for the Visayas.
