SRP, Cebu City (Aug. 31, 2015) — Sanremo Oasis, a mid-rise residential community for the middle market at City di Mare here at South Road Properties, has been selling 15 percent more up to this point this year than it was last year.
Julie Castaños, project development officer of the developer Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI), also disclosed that 90 percent of the residential units at Sanremo Oasis that are ready for occupancy in five medium-rise buildings (MRB) have seen sold out.
“The sixth MRB that we are now constructing is also already half sold out, especially that homeowners can now visualize coming home to a refreshing haven,” she added.
Castaños made these disclosures during the poolside Tiki party that gathered last Saturday night Sanremo investors for them to see that the amenities of the resort-inspired enclave are nearly finished.
Not only are the homeowners excited about the eventual turnover by FLI of the facilities but their friends and relatives who joined them in the gathering, noted Castaños.
Quite a number have indicated to be their neighbors, she added.
The upward demand built up by the near completion of the amenities encouraged management to launch later this year one of the last two MRB’s in the Sanremo cluster, hinted Castaños.
Named after a picturesque Mediterranean resort-town northwest of Italy, Sanremo Oasis is set amid verdant greens and spacious environs with 60 percent of the land area reserved as open spaces.
Its amenities include a kiddie, pre-teens and lap pools, a play area, basketball court, lawn with jogging trail, and the main clubhouse.
