CEBU CITY (Sept. 2, 2015) — Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) will convert the compound in Labangon where it currently holds office with exporter AB Soberano International Corp. (ABS) into a condominium facility for the economic market.
To be christened Casa Mira Towers, the project will be erected in the 3,800-square meter property along Salvador St.
With two buildings to rise in two construction phases, it will feature residential studio units at an average of 20-sqm each and commercial spaces, according to CLI chairman and chief executive officer Jose R. Soberano III.

The first tower will be a 17-storey building that will offer 272 units at 17 units per floor, while the second tower will stand as a 19-storey edifice, he said.
“Casa Mira Towers is for hardworking Cebuanos who want to reside just at a short distance away from work and business establishments,” remarked Soberano.\
“Even at work, residents will feel they are halfway home,” he added.
‘Wonderful house’
Construction of the project is scheduled to begin after CLI office moves to Park Centrale Tower, the company’s flagship office building at Cebu I.T. Park in Apas-Lahug, Cebu City that now nears completion.
ABS has been using the compound since 2000 for its export production operations, while CLI shared spaces in the same building since it started property development operations in 2003.
The name Casa Mira, which means “Wonderful House” in Portuguese, is an offshoot to Casa Mira Subdivision, a well-planned community of townhouses also for economic housing in Linao, Minglanilla, Cebu.
Casa Mira Towers is now at its final stages of planning and will be launched within the year.
