CEBU CITY (Oct. 8, 2015) — Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) has launched Base Line Center and its engagement with The Ascott Limited in a grand event at Marco Polo Plaza Hotel in Nivel Hills, this city.

Base Line Center is a mixed-use development with residential, office and commercial components that will rise at the old Base Line recreational and sports complex at midtown on Juana Osmeña St.
One of the four planed buildings will feature serviced residences that The Ascott Limited, the world’s largest international serviced residence operator, will manage under its Citadines brand.
CLI CEO Jose R. Soberano, Jr. sealed the engagement with The Ascott Limited earlier at noon today when he signed the memorandum of agreement with Arthur Gindap. regional general manager for the Philippines and Thailand, and CLI COO Jose Franco B. Soberano III.
Exchanging Gifts. The top guns of The Ascott in the Philippines and Cebu Landmasters exchange tokens as they formally launched their engagement at Marco Polo Plaza Hotel.
