Filinvest inaugurates Sanremo amenities

‘PROMISE DELIVERED’
CEBU CITY (Nov. 15, 2015) — Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) inaugurated last night the clubhouse and complete amenities of Sanremo Oasis, a cluster of mid-rise residential condominiums at City di Mare in South Road Properties (SRP) in this city.
“Six years ago, we promised our home buyers a resort-inspired amenity, a haven (at SRP). Today, we have delivered,” declared Tristan Las Marias, FLI senior vice president, during the inauguration before homeowners and prospective residents.
This developed as the company revealed having set into motion the construction of the seventh of eight 10-storey building within the enclave that is part of the 40-hectare joint-venture it entered in 2009 with the Cebu City Government.
“We already feel the push to launch the next building,” announced Julie R. Castaños, FLI senior manager for project development, after she gave an update on the progress of Sanremo Oasis.
She said the construction of the sixth building is now at 85 percent, “three months ahead of schedule.”

“With a sustained sales take up, we are now 85 percent from the combined inventory of all six buildings,” Castaños said, noting that 755 of the 900 units so far built have been sold with 450 of these already turned over to their buyers.
“We are now celebrating a blossoming community at Sanremo Oasis with its clubhouse and complete amenities fully built up and operational, and residents now come home to the refreshing greens of landscaped open spaces and pocket gardens,” she quipped.

Cebuano actor Richard Yap, who is Filinvest’s brand ambassador and “I Own My Dream” campaign advocate, joined Las Marias, Castaños, and Bernadette Ramos, vice president for group real estate marketing, during the Nov. 14 inauguration of the amenities.
Other than the clubhouse and its function rooms, these include sports facilities as fitness gym and a basketball court, swimming pools for adults and kids, play area for children and pocket gardens to meet and gather.

“Six years back, buyers of Sanremo expressed confidence, putting in their investment to the project through concepts they see on brochures,” Castaños noted. “The concepts then are now a tangible reality they can enjoy and experience.”
“Today, you no longer imagine lounging around the pool after a long and weary day, or release your stress with the sports facilities of the community,” she said in her message during the inauguration.
With this milestone, she expressed confidence that selling the eventual seventh and eighth buildings that will complete the planned community of 1,200 condominium units will be easier and faster.
