Filinvest opens doors to local professionals

CEBU CITY (Nov. 30, 2015) — Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) has opened its doors to local professionals and service providers for engagement at its various projects in Cebu.

“We now accredit and engage the Cebu-based professionals like interior designers whose credentials can pass as those based in Manila,” said Allan Go Alfon, area general manager for the Visayas.
“Coordination and execution, especially in what homeowners and investors can tap after acquisition, is far better, direct and immediate. Attention is also more personalized,” noted Julie R. Castaños, senior manager for project development.
She cited Maya Franco Design Group that worked on the design for the building lobbies at Amalfi, the company’s high-end and resort-themed cluster of medium-rise condominiums at City di Mare in SRP.

As other interior designers may come in, the group offered pre-designed schemes tailored-fit for Amalfi residential spaces with flexibility to consider the buyer’s preferences, she disclosed.
“This is our way to assist Amalfi unit owners achieve optimum satisfaction on their investment,” Castaños said, adding “our service has come to full circle, especially that the ready schemes make hiring an interior designer more affordable.”

“As they supervise the interior works, acquire fixtures and needed materials down to the last towel, this kind of after-sales support makes moving in soon hassle free,” he pointed out.
Talent pool
Alfon indicated FLI will accredit more local architects and designers. “We’ve got a pretty good talent pool in Cebu. They only need to pass our basic requirements for them to be accredited as a supplier of professional services,” he said.
The Filinvest officials shared about this development when they inaugurated the onsite model units and building lobbies at Amalfi in City di Mare at SRP, and opened for residents the full amenities of the resort-themed residential cluster.
These include the 2-storey clubhouse with its grand lounge area, grand dining hall, two function rooms, fitness gym, library and home entertainment room, disclosed Castaños.
Amalfi has different swimming pools, a big one for lap swimming and separate for pre-teens and kids, a Jacuzzi, and a pool deck, plus a landscaped courtyard with water feature and jogging trails, she shared.

“Future residents can move in right away living as we promised in our marketing collaterals,” she quipped, adding “all the more they will be attracted to live in with the facilities now ready for them to use.”
The completed and fully-operational amenities inspire Amalfi buyers to fit-out their units as these encourage them to rush moving in or having it rented, she said.
Other than Amalfi, FLI continues to develop and turnover condominium units at Sanremo Oasis at SRP and One Oasis Cebu in Kasambagan.
The company also completed Grand Cenia Residences across Ayala Center Cebu that still has a few units to sell, and Filinvest Cyberzone Cebu along Cebu IT Park that accommodate call centers and business processing offices.
