CEBU CITY (Jan. 7, 2016) — Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) will top-off on Jan. 15 the fifth mid-rise building at One Oasis Cebu, a resort-inspired master-planned condominium community in midtown Cebu City.
Tristan Las Marias, FLI first vice president for Visayas and Mindanao, and Eng’r. Allan Go Alfon, vice president and area general manager for Visayas, will lead company officials during the ceremonies.
The building named Fairways II stands with the suburban enclave’s central amenities east in front and the scenic views of Cebu Country Club golf course at the back.

Meanwhile, project development officer Archie M. Igot announced that those who have acquired condominium units at One Oasis Cebu may now have these handled by the Filinvest Property Management Team.
The group also maintains the properties and keeps these and the leasing occupants secured.
