CLI breaks ground for Base Line Center

CEBU CITY (Jan. 13, 2016) — Construction has begun at Base Line Center, the new centerpiece project of Cebu Landmasters, Inc. at the same site known for the same name for four decades on Juana Osmeña St. near the Cebu Provincial Capitol in this city.
