Navona now half sold, 5% cut on equity still on

LAPU-LAPU CITY (Jan. 23, 2016) — Half of the 431 Asian-themed townhouses at the 3-hectare Navona subdivision in Calawisan, this city have been sold out, disclosed its developer Johndorf Ventures Corp. (JVC).
This encouraged the company to declare a Sinulog holiday today by giving an outright discount of P5,000 for reservations made at Block 8.
“It was our way to celebrate Fiesta Señor in thanksgiving for the successes we have had with our developments, especially now with Navona,” quipped Michele Chiu-Bacungan, JVC sales and marketing manager.
“We pass on the blessings to our next set of homeowners,” she said, adding that those who would opt to pay their equity in spot cash will also be given a five percent discount.
Bacungan shared that the company noted a significant increase with the uptake in recent sales with Navona from balikbayans and returning overseas Filipino workers who came for the Christmas holidays and Sinulog festivities.
“In fact, 40 percent of those who have acquired new homes in Navona are from this sector,” she said, adding that Cebu-based professionals who maximized their Christmas bonuses and 13th month pay came in next.

With an investment of P250 million, Navona is developed within Johndorf Communities, a 18-hectare township of the company planned for six subdivisions and a commercial hub.
The fourth subdivision after Hanniyah I and II and Astana, development started after groundbreaking in April last year. Launched three months after, JVC aims to complete the project midway this year.
