LAPU-LAPU CITY (Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2016)Johndorf Ventures Corp. (JVC) launched today Portville Prime, the latest subdivision that carries the very successful brand of economic to mid-range housing, located along Mactan Airport Road north this city.

The market launch comes as Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) granted the company the license to sell 206 units of Asian-themed middle-class 2-storey affordable townhouses in Mactan.

Fresh from the successful marketing of Navona subdivision south of Mactan, JVC first introduced Portville Prime to brokers and sellers in a sellers academy at Sacred Center last Feb. 2.

Situated east of and adjacent to the first Portville Mactan between the boundaries of Bankal and Buaya, Portville Prime will be built in a 1.5-hectare property that will become a community that will have its own commercial hub.

It was only last Sept. 19 when the company broke grounds for the project, and horizontal development has since been ahead of schedule, according to Michele D. Chiu – Bacungan, JVC sales and marketing manager.

It is projected to be fully completed by the first quarter of 2017 and homeowners at its first phase can already move in by the third quarter of 2017, she added.

“Portville Prime is built for those who aspire for a meaningful life, those who venture into challenges if only to achieve it, even crossing seas and enduring storms,” quipped Bacungan.

Priced at P1.6 million, “owning a home at Portville Prime fulfills their family’s dream,” she pointed out.

JVC allocated P150 million for this project, part of the P2 billion capital outlay for five years that began in 2013, according to CEO Richard Lim.

“The string of success in our recent projects has encouraged us to launch Portville Prime. We don’t want to stop providing the market with a better choice for living in a safe gated community,” he added.

Hotcakes

A master-planned community, Portville Prime offers a line of rest and recreational amenities and facilities that complement each other. The central amenities include the multi-purpose clubhouse, multi-purpose court, and parks and playground areas.

The subdivision has facilities consist of an overhead water tank, lagoon and sewage treatment plant, cistern tank, overhead electricity, underground water and drainage systems.

Its main arterial road is 8-meters wide with the secondary roads are 6.5-meters wide.

As it did with Portville Mactan three years ago and with Portville Davao the other year, JVC expects Portville Prime to be sold out like hotcakes in three months or even less.

Much more now that each unit is wider and more spacious than the preceding subdivisions with a lot area of 42 square meters for each townhouse unit that also has 52 square meters in floor area.

“This concept, as our studies show, attracts businessmen and professionals, young entrepreneurs and some foreigners who seek for the right choice for a home to live in,” she said.

“Portville Prime will consistently uphold the Portville brand as a pioneer in the evolution of how affordable living is with these well-planned and innovative amenities and facilities,” noted Bacungan.

The latest project will again be distinguished by Portville’s mark of quality and affordability that appeal so well to the discriminating taste of the market despite the competition with other developments and condominium residences.

Construction will proceed using a unique technology the company developed from over 25 years of experience in building affordable to high-end residences in northern Mindanao and Cebu.

One may visit the Johndorf at the 14th floor of Ayala Life – FGU Center across the Terraces of Ayala Center Cebu, call 266-6190 for inquiries, or check about the project on Facebook or at http://www.johndorfventures.com.ph.
