Cebu Landmasters to inaugurate ‘Park Centrale’
CEBU CITY (March 8, 2016) — Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) is set to inaugurate on March 14 its award-winning office building, Park Centrale, home to the newly opened Burger King and soon to open Greenwich at the Cebu IT Park.
The company has sold out all the 55 office-condominium units and leased out all 5 BPO floors at the 19-storey building. The office condo units have been promptly turned over to the buyers since July last year.
CLI chief executive officer Jose R. Soberano III takes pride that Park Centrale is able to contribute to bringing Cebu City to the seventh best outsourcing destination in the world for 2016.
Park Centrale hosts a mix of well-established BPOs — Azpired, Inc. and Linguage, Inc., and is now home to the leading global serviced-office provider, Regus.
It also hosts, among others, Idearobin, Inc., Smartdrop Phils., Inc., Lacson & Lacson Insurance Brokers, Inc., and C.A. Jumaoas, Jr. and Partners.

CLI takes pride that Park Centrale got the recognition as the Best Commercial Development in Cebu by the Philippine Property Awards 2014,
The building further garnered the distinction as Highly Commended Best Commercial Development Philippines by the Southeast Asia Property Awards 2014 in Singapore.
It bested other projects in terms of design and concept, value for money, sales performance, construction quality, and green building standards.
As part of its commitment to provide clients better support and convenience, Cebu Landmasters will be moving its headquarters to Park Centrale by April.
