Cebu Landmasters presents Casa Mira South
NAGA City, Cebu (April 30, 2016) — Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) brings to Cebu’s first district another major development that will soon open 3,200 new homes for the middle-class families.
Christened as Casa Mira South, Cebu Landmasters, Inc. will develop the subdivision on a 30-hectare property situated on a rolling terrain that sits between this city and the municipality of San Fernando located just beside the national highway.

CLI will offer townhouses with an indicative price range of P1.2 million to P1.7 million only, according to Rose Yulo, AVP for sales and marketing of the company.

Casa Mira South is branded after the very successful Casa Mira Linao where 728 homes were sold out within a span of three weeks after CLI introduced it to the market.
Although it is the same product offering for the same market segment, Casa Mira South offers more opportunities, more options, and more amenities on a grander scale.
“We are excited about this project as this is the biggest horizontal development to date not only for CLI but for the whole southern Cebu area,” noted Yulo.
“This project provides a great opportunity for the employees of the different industries in the vicinity as well as the families with roots in the south,” she added.
She disclosed that the company will soon start pre-selling the two-storey townhouses, but has yet to schedule its groundbreaking.

Yulo indicated that the project will be sold in 3 phases with phase 1 pre-selling very soon. “We are already getting a lot of inquiries even if we have yet to introduce this to the market,” she added.
