LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu (July 30, 2016) — Seventy percent of the planned 206 townhouses at Portville Prime, a pocket subdivision for the mid-market along the Mactan Airport Road in this city, have been sold out, reported the developer.
Johndorf Ventures Corp. (JVC) aims to sell out the rest at this P150 million project before the end of this year, according to its sales and marketing manager, Michelle Chiu-Bacungan.
“We have generated continuous interest on the project due to the success of our first Portville projects,” she quipped, citing Portville Mactan located just beside Portville Prime in Bangkal-Buaya and Portville Davao in southern Mindanao.
Portville Prime got more attractive to homeowners as its townhouse units are wider and more spacious than the preceding subdivisions with a lot area of 42 square meters for each townhouse unit that also has 52 square meters in floor area.
“Businessmen and professionals, young entrepreneurs and some foreigners who seek for the right choice for a home to live in have opted for Portville Prime,” said Bacungan.
“Portville Prime has consistently upheld the Portville brand as a pioneer in the evolution of how affordable living is with well-planned and innovative amenities and facilities,” she added.
‘Aspire’
JVC launched in February Portville Prime that has been developed since September last year in a 1.5-hectare property that will become a community with its own commercial hub.
Bacungan said the company built it for those who “aspire for a meaningful life, those who venture into challenges if only to achieve it, even crossing seas and enduring storms.”
Priced at an average of P1.6 million, “owning a home at Portville Prime fulfills their family’s dream,” she said.
Portville Prime offers a line of rest and recreational facilities that complement each other. The central amenities include the multi-purpose clubhouse, multi-purpose court, and parks and playground areas.
It has an overhead water tank, lagoon and sewage treatment plant, cistern tank, overhead electricity, underground water and drainage systems under the main arterial road 8-meters wide with the secondary roads at 6.5-meters.
