Management Systems

A management system is the framework of policies, processes and procedures used by an organization to ensure that it can fulfill the tasks required to achieve its objectives. It may be certified as having attuned to global standards set by the International Organization for Standardization.

msThe objectives are a mix covering many aspects of the organization’s operations – financial success, safe operation, product quality, client relationships, legislative and regulatory conformity, and worker management.

Our Consultants will guide your organization step-by-step to develop the system you need, and if you need further acquire ISO certification.

ISO 9000 ♦ Quality Management System (QMS)

qmsQMS addresses various aspects of quality management and contains some of ISO’s best known standards. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.

These include:

ISO 9001:2015 – sets out the requirements of a quality management system
ISO 9000:2015 – covers the basic concepts and language
ISO 9004:2009 – focuses on how to make a QMS more efficient and effective
ISO 19011:2011 – sets out guidance on internal and external audits of QMS

ISO 14000 ♦ Environmental Management System (EMS)

emsEMS provides practical tools for companies and organizations of all kinds looking to manage their environmental responsibilities.

ISO 14001:2015 and its supporting standards such as ISO 14006:2011 focus on environmental systems to achieve this.

The other standards focus on specific approaches such as audits, communications, labeling and life cycle analysis, as well as environmental challenges such as climate change.

BS OHSAS 18001 ♦ Occupation Health & Safety Management

ohsas

British Standard (BS) 18001 OHSAS helps organizations reduce the burden of occupational injuries and diseases by providing a framework to improve employee safety, reduce workplace risks and create better, safer working conditions.

Meanwhile, the ISO 45001 version is currently being developed by ISO-commissioned experts, and will follow other generic management system approaches. Other than OHSAS 18001, it is taking into account ILO-OSH Guidelines of the International Labour Organization, various national standards and the ILO’s international labor standards and conventions.

Integrated Management System (IMS)

IMS combines all management systems a company has adopted into one coherent system in a way that the processes and the documents that describe them would be integrated and become seamless during application.

imsIMS reduces duplication and therefore costs, reduces risks and increases profitability, balances conflicting objectives, and eliminates conflicting responsibilities and relationships.

IMS turns the focus onto business goals as it formalizes informal systems, harmonizes and optimizes practices, creates consistency, improves communication, and facilitates training and development.

We will assist your organization through the integration process.
